Hiking

Lake Millstatt is surrounded by the Millstätter Alpe, the Nockberge National Park, the mystical Mirnock mountain and the Goldeck sports mountain. Numerous themed hiking trails combine hiking and cultural experiences with culinary delicacies from the region. If you are not mobile, you can reach the starting points by hiking cab or the well-connected bus services.

All hail

Whitefish, pike, catfish, perch and carp, to name just a few fish from the lake with drinking water quality. For our anglers there is an early breakfast so that they can get started on time. Our in-house fishing room is equipped with everything you need for successful fishing. The catch can then be washed, cleaned, processed and frozen straight away.

Bike & Mountain Bike

We offer a well-equipped and lockable bike room. The Millstätter See cycle path runs right past our front door. If you don't want to explore the whole 28 kilometers, you can shorten the round trip by changing to the bike ferry. With a variety of tours with altitude differences from 250 to 2000 meters, there is definitely something for everyone. The Nockbike tour is especially for mountain bikers.

Motorcycle country Carinthia

Bikers are very welcome here. We offer our own shelters for two-wheelers and are motorcycle-friendly. Extensive tours in the middle of nature with culinary highlights, biker meetings and motorcycle events around Lake Millstatt await you. The annual European Bike Week - the so-called Harley meeting - takes place not far from us.

Alpe Adria Trail

Hiking for pleasure is the main focus of the Alpe-Adria-Trail. The 43 stages connect the three regions of Carinthia, Slovenia and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The long-distance hiking trail leads from the foot of the Grossglockner to the Adriatic Sea in Muggia and is mainly in non-alpine terrain. The stages are around 20 km long and take around 6 hours to complete.

Vacation with child

Spending time together and having fun - that's a family vacation. Those who are not yet tired from a day of swimming on the private beach are welcome to help with the stable work or indulge in culinary delights at the barbecue. We are very child-friendly and offer a sandpit, slide, table tennis, high chairs, baby bath, baby monitor and much more...
